At the beginning Spazio Panieri was a theatre. From 2016 it has a new skin: a raw place used as a canvas in order to make a new space where you can find home in the heart of Rome.

Four suites overlooking a garden and a wooden cozy loft, with a fireplace, hold the passion and the pursuit of materials, colours and atmospheres. Home, sharing place, a pinch of Far East in the history of Trastevere.

Trastevere district

Trastevere was a merchant’s district. Today is the most colorful, the most real place in Rome, full of ancient alleys, bars and typical restaurants. Where you’re just in front of Spazio Panieri, you can see the colour of the bricks of a 19th Century house, perfectly integrated with the ochre roman building stone. Two Thousand years of history literally under your feet.

Incredibly AMAZING! I spend my holiday in Rome and I found a wonderfully thoughtful space with everything you need. Amazing, Inspiring place. The house is an architectural gem in the heart of Trastaevere. 5 minutes by walk to admire Roma and the surroundings. Unique !!! Andrea is charming & very helpful host. Perfect communication. Everything you need. The stay was unfortunately too short. We will be back very soon.
